I’m so glad you're here. I’ve always felt called to understand people - their stories, their relationships, and the experiences that shaped them. That calling led me to become a psychologist, and I truly consider it an honor to walk alongside clients as they heal and grow.

As a therapist, I show up with unconditional positive regard, empathy, and genuine curiosity. I’m foundationally a person-centered therapist, and I also integrate ACT, EFT, the Gottman Method, and EMDR to support clients through trauma, anxiety, relational wounds, and emotional overwhelm. I’m not here to tell you what to do—I’m here to help you make sense of what feels confusing or heavy, and to guide you toward peace, clarity, and purposeful change.

As a psychologist who is Christian, I’m more than happy to integrate faith into therapy for clients who desire it. We can weave your spiritual life into therapy in a way that feels authentic and supportive. Faith integration is always optional and client-led, and I respect every person’s comfort level and beliefs.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care, while still honoring the real human experience that brings you into the room. I look forward to meeting you, learning your story, and creating a therapeutic relationship grounded in safety, compassion, and meaningful growth.

While we don't take insurance directly, we do provide superbills that allow you to be reimbursed directly by your insurance plan. On average, client's receive 70% reimbursement from insurance.

You can call your insurance and ask about your "out-of-network mental health benefits" and they will be able to tell you how much is covered.

Intake - $200

This is your first session. Dr. Cait will take time to understand your story, background, and goals for therapy. This helps lay the foundation for all the work you'll do together.

Because this session involves additional preparation, assessment, and documentation time, the fee is slightly higher. This extra investment ensures your therapy plan is thoughtful, personalized, and grounded in a full understanding of your needs from the very start.

Regular Sessions - $150

Sessions are 50 minutes. Typically, we meet weekly to start; however, everyone's care is individualized. Therefore, we may begin 2X/week, or every other week, depending on your needs.

Group Sessions - $45

Group sessions will be 1.5 hours. The number of group sessions will be paid upfront. For example, if there are 6 sessions, $270 will be paid upfront. Number of sessions will vary depending on type of group.

FAQ

Do you offer a sliding scale?

Yes. I believe therapy should be accessible and affordable. A limited number of reduced-rate spots are available based on financial need. If cost is a barrier, please reach out — we can discuss current availability and find an option that works for you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept credit or debit card. Your card on file will be automatically charged the night of your session.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not be charged. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be billed at $50, as that time is reserved specifically for you.

Do you offer telehealth?

At this time, all sessions are conducted securely online, allowing you to meet from the comfort of your own space anywhere within Arizona.
