While we don't take insurance directly, we do provide superbills that allow you to be reimbursed directly by your insurance plan. On average, client's receive 70% reimbursement from insurance.
You can call your insurance and ask about your "out-of-network mental health benefits" and they will be able to tell you how much is covered.

This is your first session. Dr. Cait will take time to understand your story, background, and goals for therapy. This helps lay the foundation for all the work you'll do together.
Because this session involves additional preparation, assessment, and documentation time, the fee is slightly higher. This extra investment ensures your therapy plan is thoughtful, personalized, and grounded in a full understanding of your needs from the very start.
Sessions are 50 minutes. Typically, we meet weekly to start; however, everyone's care is individualized. Therefore, we may begin 2X/week, or every other week, depending on your needs.
Group sessions will be 1.5 hours. The number of group sessions will be paid upfront. For example, if there are 6 sessions, $270 will be paid upfront. Number of sessions will vary depending on type of group.
Yes. I believe therapy should be accessible and affordable. A limited number of reduced-rate spots are available based on financial need. If cost is a barrier, please reach out — we can discuss current availability and find an option that works for you.
I accept credit or debit card. Your card on file will be automatically charged the night of your session.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not be charged. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be billed at $50, as that time is reserved specifically for you.
At this time, all sessions are conducted securely online, allowing you to meet from the comfort of your own space anywhere within Arizona.
