Rooted in Compassion, Focused on Positive Change
From a young age, I’ve dreamed of becoming a psychologist, and I’m deeply committed to helping individuals and couples navigate their journeys of healing, growth, and self-discovery.
My approach is rooted in Person-Centered Therapy, where I create a safe, nonjudgmental, and compassionate space that empowers you to explore your experiences and tap into your inner strengths. I also incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients develop psychological flexibility, embrace their values, and navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience.
For couples, I specialize in Gottman Therapy and Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy (EFT). These approaches are highly effective in helping partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection. Whether you’re navigating conflicts, life transitions, or simply seeking to strengthen your bond, I work collaboratively to help you rediscover the love and appreciation that brought you together.
As your therapist, I’m not here to tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you as a guide, helping you find clarity and purpose. My goal is to support you in discovering what you need and long for, empowering you to create meaningful changes in your life and relationships.
I exist to create a safe, compassionate space where transformation is not only possible, but deeply lasting—because when the roots are renewed, the whole life can flourish.
I look forward to meeting you, learning your unique story, and building a therapeutic relationship that can serve as a foundation for growth, healing, and lasting transformation.
